All illusions are removed just like the petals of an onion opening bit by bit and revealing sheer vibration free from physical and mental sensations. Absolute reality is to witness without evaluating sensations..just be watchful...just be observant...a continuous awareness as a witness of happenings as they exist.......a gradual melting of false notions as an increasing revelation of pure reality....................This all starts on the yoga mat................
